For our standard townhomes you need to make 3 times the rent and for our MFTE townhomes you need to make 2.5 times the rent. What to plan for with application: $45 application fee for each person over the age of 18. The application screening will determine the deposit amount, which could be $500 or one month"s rent. During move-in, the deposit, prorate, and an admin fee of $200 will be charged to receive keys. The full security deposit must be paid at move-in; payment plans for the deposit are not accepted. Rental applications are processed after the required money order payment is received.
